SEO Runner privacy notice

Runner Concepts operates SEO Runner. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through the Proof Run form and information produced by the public-site audit.
Information we handle
- Proof Run application details, including your name, work email, company, website, commercial ranges, data-access state, website platform, and selected outcome.
- Submission context, including referral and campaign parameters, browser user agent, consent state, and an abuse-prevention hash derived from an IP address and a private salt. SEO Runner does not store the raw IP address in the lead record.
- Public audit records, including the normalized public homepage URL, publicly retrieved page facts, source links, retrieval status, findings, and timestamps. Paths, query strings, and fragments supplied in the audit field are discarded before the audit record is returned or stored.
- When you continue from a stored public audit to the Proof Run form, the application may include that audit's opaque record reference. SEO Runner validates the reference against the submitted website and stores a bounded snapshot of the audit time, public URLs, finding and evidence counts, plus result and attachment digests with the application event. The full audit result is not copied into the lead record.
Why we use it
We use application data to evaluate Proof Run fit, respond to the request, operate an accepted engagement, measure acquisition sources, secure the service, and maintain an auditable business record. Public audit data is used to return the requested report, diagnose the service, preserve evidence for an authorized Run, and give the reviewer the exact public-audit context a requester chose to attach.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell submitted personal information. We use service providers such as Cloudflare to run the application, database, security controls, and network delivery. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or Runner Concepts.
Retention and choices
We keep application and audit records only while they are reasonably needed for the purposes above, an active business relationship, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete application information. Some records may be retained when required for security, accounting, or legal reasons.
Public-site audit boundaries
The audit is designed for public web resources and applies private-network and request limits. Submitting a URL does not authorize SEO Runner to access a private system, bypass controls, or make changes to that website.
